FAQ: What’s your cancellation/schedule change policy?

We’re all professionals with full lives and stuff happens. So there’s room to flex and and there’s gray area. Unpredictability and change are quite the norm. Generally though:

Schedule Change and Cancellation Policy

Changes within the 24-hour window before an appointment: up to $12.

Cancellation/no-show within the 24-hour period: up to the session cost, nominally 1/2 of that.

Exceptions: Emergencies (medical, etc.). Perinatal appointments. If in doubt, feel free to just ask, or give a heads-up.

For details or particular scenarios, just ask. No problem.
